DFB provides AI-driven lead generation services to mortgage brokers and related professionals. Each campaign guarantees a specified number of leads (hot or warm) as outlined in your chosen package. If we are unable to meet the guaranteed number of leads during the campaign duration, we will continue to deliver leads at no additional cost until the requirement is fulfilled.
Use of Services
By using our Services, you agree to:
Use the leads provided solely for marketing, business development, and analytics purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to marketing and privacy.
Avoid using the Services or the leads in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner.
Intellectual Property
All content, data, and intellectual property associated with the DFB platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and logos, remain the sole property of DFB or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without our prior written consent.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not access or store your payment information. Payments for campaigns are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the state of Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DFB provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
